Step 1: Register for a New Emerge Carrier Account
Since email addresses cannot be changed directly on your current profile, you will need to register a new account with the updated email address you wish to use.
Step 2: Delete Old Profile from Shipper’s Network
If you work with a customer/shipper directly:
Contact the shipper and request that they delete your old contact information from the Network Partner section in their shipper portal. This is important to avoid duplicate profiles and to prevent any load requests being sent to your old email by mistake.
Once your old profile is deleted, the shipper can add your updated contact information with the new email address.
Step 3: Log In to Your New Carrier Portal
Be sure to log in to your updated carrier portal using the new email you registered with.
Important: If you accidentally log in to your old portal using the outdated email (which may still be saved in your browser), you will not see the available loads for your new email.
