1. Browser Troubleshooting

If you're having trouble accessing the Emerge platform, it may be related to your browser. Follow these steps to resolve browser-related issues:

Step 1: Update Your Browser

  • Ensure that your browser is updated to the latest version. An outdated browser may cause issues with compatibility.

Step 2: Clear Your Browser's Cache

Step 3: Use Incognito/Private Mode

  • Open your browser in Incognito or Private Browsing mode and try accessing the Emerge platform again.

Step 4: Switch Browsers

  • If the issue persists, try using a different browser to see if the problem is browser-specific.


2. Login Troubleshooting

If you're having trouble logging in, follow these steps to resolve common login issues:

For Carriers:

  • Added by Emerge Rep:
    If an Emerge representative added you as a carrier, check your email inbox for the email containing your portal link.

  • Added by Shipper:
    If a shipper invited you to their network, search your inbox for an invitation from either [email protected] or [email protected]. Click the Complete Registration button in the email to finalize your login setup.

  • Already Registered:
    If you're already registered as a carrier, you can log in by searching for a request email from the shipper. These emails may include quote requests or lane alert notifications sent from the shipper to you as a network partner.

    You can also log in directly at https://login.emergemarket.io/.

Step 3: General Troubleshooting

If you're still having trouble logging in:

  • Forgotten Password:
    If your password doesn't work, click the Forgot Password link on the password entry screen. Make sure to use the correct email address (the one associated with your account).

  • Password Reset:
    After requesting a password reset, check your email for a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.

  • Log In Again:
    Once you have reset your password, return to the login page and try logging in with your new credentials.
