How to Update your Email Address or SCAC for an RFP Event

To update your email address or SCAC for an RFP event, please reach out directly to your shipper(s) and request to have your email address or SCAC changed. Your network shipper(s) manage contact information for all network partners within their side of the portal.

Make sure to include the correct SCAC code when requesting an email update. Capacity providers can be invited under multiple SCAC codes to bid on events for different divisions of business.
