The Emerge Marketplace Carrier Rewards Program is designed to thank carriers who bid on and successfully deliver loads through the Emerge Marketplace. Qualifying carriers automatically receive a digital gift card for each eligible load they complete—no additional outreach or follow-up required.
How It Works
When you successfully bid on and deliver a spot load in the Emerge Marketplace using the Emerge TMS application, you'll automatically receive an email titled "Thank You for Your Successful Load with Emerge" with a digital gift card from a large list of popular stores.

What Loads Qualify?
Qualifying loads include:
✅ Emerge Marketplace spot loads that you both bid on and delivered via the Emerge portal
✅ Loads you accept at the "Buy It Now" (BIN) rate
❌ Loads booked via phone (Emerge staff bidding on your behalf)
❌ Loads that did not complete delivery
Receiving Your Reward
After you successfully deliver a qualifying load:
You'll receive an automated email with the subject line: "Thank You for Your Successful Load with Emerge"
The email will contain a link to redeem your digital gift card
Follow the instructions in the email to redeem your reward at participating retailers
Rewards are typically issued within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
