Qualification Requirements
To qualify for the Premier Carrier Program, carriers must meet the following criteria:
Fleet Size:
Minimum of 25 assets for Premier Carrier status
Fleets larger than 1,000 assets may qualify for Premier Partner tier
Performance Standards:
Proven reliability and on-time performance
Strong safety compliance and inspection results
High Emerge carrier grade based on Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) data and other safety benchmarks
Excellent tracking compliance and communication
Current insurance and safety compliance certifications
