Eligibility Requirements
Joining the Emerge Network allows you to access tenders from thousands of potential opportunities through the Marketplace. To be eligible to join, we verify that you meet the following requirements: This also includes meeting the criteria for load booking eligibility, ensuring access and compliance for Marketplace use.
Operating Authority
Option 1: The carrier must have an active operating authority for 12 consecutive months and have completed 2 DOT inspections.
Option 2: Alternatively, the carrier must have an active operating authority for 24 consecutive months and have completed 1 DOT inspection. Note on General Requirements: Carriers must meet at least 12 consecutive months of active operating authority to register, but additional Marketplace access specifics must align with the above inspection requirements.
Compliance Requirements: Ensure your Highway registration is complete and maintain an up-to-date Certificate of Insurance (COI). Incomplete compliance may result in restricted Marketplace access.
Note: DOT-only carriers require two DOT inspections regardless of the length of authority.
Safety Rating
The carrier must have a safety rating of "Satisfactory" or "None".
Insurance
Cargo Insurance: $100,000
Liability Insurance: $1,000,000
