Application Support

For technical support with Emerge Platforms (ex. RFP event support, platform access, bidding instructions, etc.)


Chat/Email Support

  • Step 1: Open the Messenger Widget (bubble icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen)

  • Step 2: Send Us a Message

    1. Once the chat window is open, click on "Send us a message".

    2. Follow the prompts to direct your inquiry to the appropriate team (e.g., Application Support or Accounting Team).

Phone Support

  • No phone support - Currently, Technical Support is available via Chat/Email only.


Accounting Team

For Payment Status, Rate Verification, Invoicing, Etc
