1. What’s the difference between RFP and TMS?
RFP (Contract bids)
RFP is where you can bid on multi-lane and/or day events created by shippers.TMS (Spot Bids)
TMS is where you can manage loads from Emerge or loads provided by your Network Partners.
2. I logged in, but I don’t see any loads. What should I do?
Before reaching out to our support team, please check the following:
Check your Network:
On the left-hand side of the screen, click “Network.” Do you still see the shipper listed as a Network Partner?" add guidance that if not, to reach out to Shipper to request to get addedConfirm with Shipper:
Have you confirmed with the shipper that they have available loads for you?
If you’ve confirmed both and still don’t see loads, please contact support.
3. Why am I being asked to complete registration after logging in?
If you are being asked to complete the Highway registration process, this is required to gain access to the Emerge load board.
If you don’t need access to the Emerge load board and intend only to work with your Network Partner exclusively, you can ignore the message to complete registration.

4. What should I do if I don’t see the shipper in my Network after logging in?
If the shipper isn’t visible in your network, verify the following:
Confirmed you are logged in with the proper email.
Confirm with the Shipper what email is listed as a Network Partner
