Logging into the Emerge Platform

If you've previously created an Emerge account, follow the steps below to log in. If you haven't created an account or need to reset your credentials, please refer to the sections for Sign Up or Reset Password.

Log In

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

  • Enter your email address.

  • Click Continue.

    Alternative:

    • Log in using your Google or Microsoft account by selecting the respective option.

Step 2: Enter Your Credentials

You have two login options:

  • Password:

    • Enter your password and click Continue.

  • One-Time Code:

    • Click Send One-Time Code. You’ll receive a code via email (the one entered in Step 1).

    • Enter the code in the provided text field.

Sign Up

Step 1: Go to the Signup Page

Step 2: Create a Password

  • Create a password that meets the following requirements:

    • At least 8 characters.

    • Includes both uppercase and lowercase letters (A-Z, a-z).

    • Includes at least one number (0-9).

Step 3: Verify Your Email

  • Go to your inbox and click the Verify Your Account button in the email you receive.

    Note: If you do not see the email, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, you can resend the verification email after one minute.

Step 4: Fill Out User/Company Information

For Carriers:

  • Fill out the form with your name, phone number, and company information.

  • If entering a Docket Number (e.g., MC#), make sure to include the "MC" before the number (e.g., "MC12345" instead of "12345").

Note: If your company is not listed in our system, please contact Support.

For Shippers:

  • Fill out the form with your name, phone number, and company information.

  • If your company is already using Emerge, it's best to ask a coworker with an Emerge Admin account to invite you to the company.

Reset Password

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

  • Enter your email address.

  • Click Continue.

    Note: Password reset is available only if an email and password were provided during account creation. If you registered using Single Sign-On (SSO) through Google or Microsoft, click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft Account.

Step 2: Click "Forgot Password?"

  • On the login page, click Forgot password?.

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address

  • Enter the email address associated with your account.

Step 4: Check Your Inbox and Choose a New Password

  • Go to your inbox and find the email from Emerge.

  • Click Reset Your Password in the email.

  • Enter your new password.

Step 5: Log in with Your New Password

  • After resetting your password, click Back to Login to sign in using your new password.
