How to Set Email Notification Preferences

Setting your Notification Preferences allows you to choose which quote and shipment related events will trigger an email notification. The preferences can be updated by selecting your gear icon in the lower left hand corner of the screen.

Click on User Settings

Select Notification Preferences in the Settings menu.

Click on Notification Preferences…

In the Notification Preferences page, you can toggle on or off the different tracking statuses that occur over the course of a shipment in the TRACKING STATUS UPDATES section. Toggle the Lowest Option Notification on or off to be notified when you receive a new option that becomes the lowest on any of your quotes. If you want to be emailed when a carrier rejects a tender, toggle the Tender Rejected Response. You can also select whether or not you want your Network Partners to receive an email when a shipment is awarded or closed by toggling the Shipment Awarded/Closed notification.
