How to Set Tracking Preferences
Updated over 3 months ago

You can choose what your organization considers to be loads that are tracking to be Early, On-Time, At Risk, and Late, based on the carrier's tracking status on any given shipment. These are determined by the tracking status entered either manually or through automated tracking on each load, depending on how the carrier communicates these statuses for each load.

View your organization's Tracking Preferences by clicking the gear icon in the lower left hand corner of the page.

Click on User Settings

Select Tracking Preferences from the list of Settings that appears.

Click on Tracking Preferences

Here you view the different statuses and adjust the timeframes you want to consider EARLY, ON-TIME, AT RISK, or LATE. You can also choose to remove EARLY and AT RISK as statuses that your organization tracks. These statuses are determined by the carrier's tracking within the platform.
