Once you have tendered a load to a carrier and they have accepted it there are a number of ways to manage loads that are in-transit in the Tracking tab:
Edit/Update Shipment Status
From the Tracking tab on the left side panel Shippers can view, edit, or share a shipment's tracking information:
Edit: Click the EDIT button to change any load information you need to
Update
To update a shipment status, click UPDATE STATUS to change the status of the shipment as it is picked up, in transit, and delivers.
To update the truck's current location, click MORE > Update Truck Location
To complete shipment, click MORE > Cancel Shipment
Download Shipment to PDF: Download a PDF file with quote details, option details, and tender details by clicking MORE > Download PDF
Share Tracking Updates
Shippers can share tracking information with users outside of their organization and platform.

Viewing/Updating Shipment Progress
From TENDER ACCEPTED to DELIVERED, Shippers can view the status of their shipment
You can also view the progress of the carrier on the map if they have enabled P44 or ELD tracking.
If the carrier has not set up automatic tracking via P44 or their ELD, you have the ability to edit their ETA, Actual Arrival, and Actual Departure for any of the stops by clicking the Pencil icon.
Enter the Date and Time that you have received from the carrier and click SUBMIT.
Completing Shipments
As the shipment changes status from Tender Accepted, through In Transit, and to Delivered, you will see the progress of it above the map. Once the load is marked as Delivered by you or the carrier, you will then be able to click COMPLETE SHIPMENT to move the shipment from the Tracking tab to the History tab.
Documents
Below the map you can view all of the load details including carrier information and their rate.
Click VIEW BOL to download a copy of the Bill of Lading the carrier has access to
Click ADD DOCUMENT to provide the carrier with any supplemental documentation necessary for the load to be picked up and delivered.
Carrier Information
If you need to adjust information in the load or contact the carrier, there are a number of options to do so.
Click the Carrier Profile icon to view details of the carrier that is picking up the load, including contact information if you need to reach out to the carrier.
The Carrier Profile card will appear on the right hand of the screen and will include information about when their authority was granted, and how many Power Units and Trailers they have if they have entered that information in their carrier profile. Click the X at the top right of the screen to go back to the load.
Click the Chat icon to communicate directly with the carrier via the Carrier Portal.
Tenders
Click the Edit Tender Amount pencil icon to enter a new rate for the carrier if necessary. For example, if detention needs to be applied to the load or if the carrier needs to be paid for helping to load or unload a shipment. This will update the load and reflect on the BOL.
Below the notes section you will be able to see the Tenders sent for this load, including ones that were sent and then cancelled. You will also see the carrier’s Response, Acceptance, and Win stats. You can also click CANCEL to cancel the tender. If you accidentally click CANCEL, you will be able to re-tender the load to the same carrier.
Notes
In the Notes section you can send a message to the carrier, such as a request for a their driver information or an ETA. Carriers will be able to see these notes and will be notified via email that you have left a note, and they will be able to add notes as well that are visible. When you have typed your note, click ADD NOTE.
Options
If you click Show to the right of the Options section, you will be able to see all options received on the quote. If you cancelled the previous tender, you will be able to see other options received on the quote.
If you decided to cancel the previous tender, you can click TENDER in the Options section to send it to a different carrier.
Select one or more of the Boxes to the left of the Company Names and click SEND if you would like them to bid on the quote once you’ve cancelled the Tender. You can also click ADD OPTION to submit a rate on your Network Partner’s behalf.
An Add Option pop up window will appear where you can enter the Option Amount. Once you’ve confirmed your Network Partner’s rate, click SAVE.
