FAQ: Network Partner Load Board vs. Emerge Load Board

1. What’s the difference between a Network Partner Load Board and the Emerge Load Board?

  • Network Partner Load Board:

    • Customer-specific board that shows loads from a particular shipper.

    • Only the shipper can add carriers or brokers as Network Partners.

    • No Certificate of Insurance (COI) required for viewing loads.

  • Emerge Load Board (Emerge Marketplace):

    • This board lists all available loads across the platform for bidding by asset-based carriers.

    • To access this board, you must complete Highway Link registration and meet specific qualifications.

2. Why can’t I see the Emerge Load Board?

There are several reasons why you might not have access to the Emerge Load Board:

  • DND (Do Not Dispatch) on File:

    • If there is a DND note on your account, access will be blocked. Contact Application Support for clarification or Carrier Team at (602) 635-1340 to dispute it.

  • Broker Restrictions:

    • Only carriers can access the Emerge Marketplace. Brokers are restricted to prevent double brokering.

  • Authority Grant Date:

    • Carriers need to meet these requirements to access the Marketplace:

      • 12 consecutive months in business with an active operating authority and 2 DOT inspections.

      • OR 24 consecutive months with 1 DOT inspection.

      • DOT-only carriers must have at least 2 DOT inspections, regardless of the time in service.

  • COI / Highway Compliance:

    • If your Highway registration is incomplete or your COI is about to expire, access will be paused. To restore access:

      • Complete your Highway registration.

      • Ensure your COI is up to date and have your provider send it to [email protected].

      • After submitting your COI, it may take up to 2 business days for review. If access is still blocked, contact support for further assistance.
