Q1: Did an Emerge representative add you?
A1: If an Emerge representative added you to the platform, search your email inbox for a unique portal link sent by the representative.
Next Step: Click the link to complete your registration and gain access to the Carrier portal.
Q2: Did you receive a load match email?
A2: If you received a load match email, it will be sent from [email protected].
Next Step: Search your inbox for the email, then click on "View Full Load Details" to be redirected to the registration page and complete your login process.
Q3: Did a Shipper you work with add you as a Network Partner?
A3: If a Shipper has added you as a Network Partner, you'll receive an invitation to join Emerge from either [email protected] or [email protected]. This invitation leverages the Network Partner List, which allows shippers to add carriers to their network for sharing loads and events. It streamlines collaboration and ensures you receive visibility into loads being shared with you.
Next Step: Open the email and click on the Complete Registration button to finalize your setup and access the platform. If you encounter any issues or do not see the expected loads after completion, confirm with the shipper that your email has been added correctly to their Network Partner List in the system.
