Login Issues & Registration

Q1: Did an Emerge representative add you?
​A1: If an Emerge representative added you to the platform, search your email inbox for a unique portal link sent by the representative.

  • Next Step: Click the link to complete your registration and gain access to the Carrier portal.


Q2: Did you receive a load match email?
​A2: If you received a load match email, it will be sent from [email protected].

  • Next Step: Search your inbox for the email, then click on "View Full Load Details" to be redirected to the registration page and complete your login process.


Q3: Did a Shipper you work with add you as a Network Partner?
​A3: If a Shipper has added you as a Network Partner, you'll receive an invitation to join Emerge from either [email protected] or [email protected].

  • Next Step: Open the email and click on the Complete Registration button to finalize your setup and access the platform.
