Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Why am I not seeing any awards?
If you’re not seeing any awards on the Emerge platform, try the following:
Check your email inbox for an Award notification
Double check you’re on the latest event round. Sometimes shippers will hold multi-round events and will publish only after the latest event
Double check RFP event status in the Dashboard Status
If you still are not seeing awards in the Awards tab, it's likely awards have not been published or you were not awarded lanes
When will awards be published?
This is up to the Shipper - please check any documentation or emails to see if that information was shared prior to bidding. If you can’t find that information, we recommend reaching out to the Shipper directly.
Can Shippers accept awards on my behalf?
Shippers are able to push awards without requiring Carriers to accept or reject. If you do not see the ability to accept or reject, this is the case and no additional action is required on your end.
What is the difference between a Primary and Backup rank?
'Primary' indicates you've won the lane and will be first consideration. 'Backup' indicates your rate has been saved in case the Primary carrier falls out of consideration. Backup awards are helpful for Shippers so they have multiple options before they have to post the load on the spot market.
