Overview
Managing award reallocations can be a manual, time-consuming process, especially when dealing with a large number of rejections or unallocated awards. The Bulk Upload Awards Reallocations feature streamlines this process and improves:
Efficiency: Make changes to hundreds of awards at once, rather than lane by lane.
Scalability: Easily manage large volumes of reallocations in a single workflow.
Accuracy: Reduce manual entry errors by working directly in a structured template.
Awards Dashboard
On the Awards tab, Shippers can quickly see the rejected contract volume associated with primary awards.
From there, you can make the decision to reallocate within the application (recommended only for small volume adjustments), or to bulk update allocations (recommended for large volume adjustments)
How to Bulk Upload Award Reallocation Updates
Go to Awards Tab > Click Manage Awards > Reallocate Awards
Click Download Template
Update Allocations in Spreadsheet
Open the template file and make the necessary changes to your allocations by updating values in the columns highlighted yellow. You can update any award in multiple ways:
To Remove an award - clear/nullify the values for
Vendor Award StatusandAwarded VolumeAward a new carrier - enter values for
Vendor Award StatusandAwarded VolumesModify Award Type and/or Volume - Modify values for
Vendor Award Statusand/orAwarded Volume

Save the Updated File
Upload the Completed File
Once your changes are complete, upload the file back into the system. The platform will process your updates and apply them to the corresponding awards.Review and Confirm:
After uploading, review the changes in the platform to ensure all reallocations have been applied as intended.
Email Notification: After the file is successfully uploaded, participants with new awards or modified awards will receive a notification of the awards.
Note: Participants whose awards were removed, will NOT receive a notification that their awards have been removed.

Can I see a history of changes made?
Yes, you can see all changes made to award allocations in the 'Changelog' tab on the top of the page
What if I make a mistake in the file?
The system will validate your upload and flag any issues so you can correct them before changes are applied.
Is this similar to the manual allocation upload in Scenarios?
Yes, the workflow is similar and designed to be intuitive if you’re already familiar with bulk uploads in Scenarios.
