Updating Awarded Rates

You can update rates for published awards if you need to make adjustments after negotiating with carriers off-platform.

To update an awarded rate:

  1. In the Awards tab, find the lane you want to update

  2. Click into the Lane Detail view

  3. Click the edit icon next to the rate you want to change

  4. Enter the new rate and/or minimum rate (if applicable)

  5. Click Save

Important notes about rate updates:

  • When you update a rate, the award status will revert to Awaiting Response for that carrier

  • The carrier will receive an email notification that their awards have changed

  • The carrier must accept or reject the updated award

  • Any existing contracts with outdated rates will need to be canceled and resent once the carrier accepts the new award

  • Updated rates will be reflected in:

    • Awards - Lane Detail

    • Awards - Network Partner Detail

    • Event Results Template

    • Estimated Accepted Contract Spend calculations

Updating Awarded Volume

If you need to adjust the volume allocated to carriers:

  1. Navigate to the lane in the Awards tab

  2. Update the awarded volume in the Lane Detail view

  3. Save your changes

Like rate updates, carriers will be notified and must respond to volume changes.
