If your contact information has changed and needs to be updated, you can request this change from your customer through Emerge’s platform. Your Customer(s) can be reached via chat on the bottom left of your carrier portal.
Click the chat icon on the bottom left of the screen.
Select the Partner that needs to update your contact information.
Type out your request and hit the send button. Your customer will be notified of the request and will be able to update your information.
Note: Emerge is unable to change contact information. Only your customer is able to do this.
