When preparing to create an RFP Event, it’s important to have all of your Network Partners uploaded into the Dynamic RFP Portal. You can either upload your Network Partners individually and assign them Tags to better organize them, or bulk upload all of them and add their Mode type and any identifying tags after the fact.

If you have any questions about this or any other part of the Shipper Dynamic RFP Portal, please reach out to your Solutions Engineer or Sales Representative directly.

How to Add NETWORK PARTNERS

  1. After logging into the Dynamic Shipper RFP Portal, click NETWORK PARTNERS on the left hand side of the screen.

  2. If you want to add an individual Network Partner, click ADD NETWORK PARTNER.

  3. A pop up window will appear asking for the Contact Email Address, SCAC Code, the Modes of the Network Partner (Truckload, LTL, Drayage, etc.), and any Tags you would like to attribute to your Network Partner. Note: Tags can be used to to indicate certain information about the capacity provider, such as if they are an Asset Carrier, a Broker, or if their fleet is primarily Reefer trailers, for example. You can also select carriers based on Tags when inviting them to an RFP Event.

  4. You can also upload multiple Network Partners at once by clicking BULK UPLOAD PARTNERS.

  5. A pop-up window will appear, where you can click Download template to get the excel template used for entering your Network Partners. The only information required in the excel spreadsheet is the email and SCAC for each of your capacity providers. Once you have filled that out and saved it, click BROWSE FILES, select your saved spreadsheet, and then click SUBMIT.

  6. You can go back and edit any Network Partners by clicking their Company Name as well as select multiple capacity providers and click BULK EDIT.

  7. If you only want to edit one Network Partner and click their Company Name, you will be brought to a screen where you can click INVITE PARTNER CONTACT to add another member of their organization, click the three dots to the right of their contact information to select which will be the primary contact, and click EDIT TAGS to add or remove any Tags assigned to that company.

  8. When Bulk Editing Network Partners, you can add or remove the various Modes they are capable of providing, as well as add or remove Tags to group them together. Click SAVE when done.
