RFP Error Message - “You need permission to access Events”

  • This message populates within your RFP portal if you have not yet been added as a network partner by your shipper(s).

STEPS TO RESOLVE:

  1. Contact your shipper directly and request to be added as a “Network Partner”

  2. Contact your shipper directly and request to be invited to the specific RFP event(s) you are interested in.

RFP Message - “No Active Events”

  • This message populates within your RFP portal if you have a network partner and they have not published any RFP events to bid on.


    Once the RFP event has been published by the shipper, the event will populate in your RFP portal. Events can be published before bidding may begin. So you may see an event in your portal that is not yet open for bidding.

RFP Email Invitations - Network Partner vs. RFP Event

Network partner invitations are different from RFP event invitations. Both are required to participate in an RFP event. The network partner invitation connects you to your shipper in the portal. The RFP event invitation grants you access to the RFP event itself. Please see the screenshots below for a reference of the invitation emails.
