Quickly sort and find your quotes, tenders, and shipments by narrowing down the details and categories of each specific quote/load with filters.

The Filters icon is identified by the "three lines" next to the search tool on each page.

1. How to Use Filters for Quotes

1. While in the Quotes tab, click on the Filters icon.

2. Select from the following options: Equipment Type, Mode Type, and Assigned User.

3. Select an Inbound Location (drops) to filter by those Address Book locations.

4. Select Outbound Location (picks) to filter by those Address Book locations.

5. Select Inbound Scheduled Date (drops) or Outbound Scheduled Date (picks) to filter by pick up or drop off dates.

6. Select Apply in the bottom right corner.

7. The applied filters will show at the top, if you want to remove any to broaden the search click the X within the applied filter.

Note: You can choose to fill in only one field for a broad search or multiple fields for a more defined search.

2. How to Use Filters for Tenders

1. While in the Tenders tab, click on the Filters icon.

2. Select from the following options: Equipment Type, Mode Type, and Assigned User.

3. Select a Capacity Provider to filter by Partner Company Names.

4. Select an Inbound Location (drops) to filter by those Address Book locations.

5. Select Outbound Location (picks) to filter by those Address Book locations.

6. Select Inbound Scheduled Date (drops) or Outbound Scheduled Date (picks) to filter by pick up or drop off dates.

7. Select Apply in the bottom right corner.

8. The applied filters will show at the top, if you want to remove any to broaden the search click the X within the applied filter.

3. How to Use Filters for Tracking

1. While in the Tracking tab, click on the Filters icon.

2. Select from the following options: Equipment Type, Mode Type, and Assigned User.

3. Select a Capacity Provider to filter by Partner Company Names.

4. Select an Inbound Location (drops) to filter by those Address Book locations.

5. Select Outbound Location (picks) to filter by those Address Book locations.

6. Select Inbound Scheduled Date (drops) or Outbound Scheduled Date (picks) to filter by pick up or drop off dates.

7. Select Shipment Status from the following options: Tender Accepted, Dispatched, At Shipper, In Transit, At Consignee, Delivered.

8. Select Apply in the bottom right corner.

9. The applied filters will show at the top, if you want to remove any to broaden the search click the X within the applied filter.

4. How to Use Filters for History

1. While in the History tab, click on the Filters icon.

2. Select from the following options: Equipment Type, Mode Type, and Assigned User.

3. Select a Capacity Provider to filter by Partner Company Names.

4. Select an Inbound Location (drops) to filter by those Address Book locations.

5. Select Outbound Location (picks) to filter by those Address Book locations.

6. Select Inbound Scheduled Date (drops) or Outbound Scheduled Date (picks) to filter by pick up or drop off dates.

7. Select Shipment Status from the following options: Completed, Canceled.

8. Select Apply in the bottom right corner.

9. The applied filters will show at the top, if you want to remove any to broaden the search click the X within the applied filter.
