You are now able to Bulk Upload your Network Partners in the Shipper TMS. There are two ways to do this.
Click CREATE on the top left hand side of the screen.
Select Bulk Upload.
Select Network Partners.
You can also click the Network button on the left side of the screen.
Click BULK UPLOAD in the top right corner of the Network Partners screen.
Click DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE and open the file to begin entering the Network Partners you want to upload.
Fill out the information in the template and save it to your computer once completed. NOTE: The First Name, Email Address, and Phone number fields are required.
Click ADD DOCUMENTS in the Shipper TMS and select the file you just saved.
Click Upload data from file, select the file, and click Continue once it has finished uploading.
Click Yes to confirm that the first row contains the column headers.
Click Confirm Mapping to ensure that the columns and information line up correctly.
Click Review to validate the information in your template.
If there is information missing in one of the required fields, it will highlight red. You can fill this information out on this screen. Once you fill in the field with the error, click Continue and your upload will be complete.
If you do not fill out the missing data, a window will appear letting you know of the unresolved format issue. Click Continue to proceed, or Go back to correct the error. If you click Continue without correcting the error, that Network Partner will not be added. Note: This error will not generate an email informing you which Network Partner failed to upload.
You can confirm the upload was successful by clicking back into the Network tab and going to the last page. Your new Network Partners will be the last ones listed.
