The Carrier TMS Portal is where you can search for loads, book freight, bid on contract lanes, and manage your shipments, all on one website. Below is the home page of the Carrier Portal, and you will also be able to find links showing you how to navigate the other sections of the Portal.


How to Navigate the HOME Tab

When you first log in to the Emerge Carrier Portal you be taken to the HOME tab. This is where you can find all things Emerge. Click here to learn how to find your next load from the Home Page.

On the upper left hand side of the Home Page, you will see the different sections of the website, including the HOME, SOURCE, MANAGE, LANES, and NETWORK SHIPPERS tabs.

The bottom-left corner has a chat icon which you can use to reach out directly to your Network Shippers, a gear icon to manage your carrier profile, and the profile icon is where you can sign out. Click here to learn how to manage your account SETTINGS.

The bottom-right corner of the screen has a chat bubble where you can reach out directly to our support staff with any questions about Emerge or the platform.

The New Opportunities section lets you easily find all available Book It Now loads by clicking VIEW BOOK IT NOW LOADS under money icon, set up Lane Alerts by clicking GET STARTED under the bell icon, or see all available spot loads by clicking VIEW OPEN SPOT LOADS under the box icon.


How to Find Your Next Load from the Home Page

The Find Your Next Load search box allows you to search loads by Origin, Destination, Equipment Type, and Available Date. You can enter the city and state of your Origin and Destination, or just the state you want. Note: All of these fields are optional.

You can also select your Origin and Destination Deadhead radius by clicking the downward arrow and sliding the blue circle to your preferred distance.

When you click the Equipment Type field, a drop-down menu allows you to select one or more types of equipment.

Clicking the Pickup Date field will show a calendar which allows you to select a date or date-range.

After you’ve made your selection, click DONE.

When you are done adding the filters, click SEARCH.
