There may come a time when you are not getting the emails from Emerge like you are used to. This may be a result of unsubscribing from an Emerge email list. Here is a way to manage your subscriptions if this happens.

How to Unsubscribe from Emerge emails:

  • Go into your email to find an email previously sent to you from Emerge.

  • At the bottom of all email sent from Emerge, click Unsubscribe. Once clicked, you will be redirected to a page where you can adjust your subscription settings.

How to Resubscribe to Emerge Emails:

  • In order to resubscribe to emails again, click View Opt Out Preferences to access the preferences page.

  • From here, you can adjust your preferences and resubscribe to receive Emerge emails once again.

  • Don’t forget to save your changes by clicking Save Preferences when you are done.

  • If you are unable to access a previously sent Emerge email, chat with us by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the screen to have your email address re-subscribed by a support representative.
