Getting started
Check your inbox: look for a "Password Reset" email from [email protected] with the subject line "Join Sunset Pacific's Freight Portal."
Set your password: follow the link to create your new secure password. Your username will be your email address.
Log in: once your password is set, log in at ccc.sunsetpacific.com.
Linking your system via API
Connecting your internal system to the Sunset application is a simple three-step process.
Step 1: Access API Management
Once you're logged in, find and click the "Manage API Keys" button — usually under your account settings or integration dashboard.
Step 2: Retrieve your key
On the Manage API Keys screen, you'll see a default API key already generated for you.
Click the eye icon to view it.
Click the copy icon to save it to your clipboard.
Step 3: Establish the connection
Paste the copied API key into the matching field to securely link your account.
