Shippers can give Network Partners the ability to Autobook to Lowest Bids and have access to view Dynamic Book it Now rates. Additionally, Shippers can configure exclusion rules at a Network Partner level so that you can pick and choose what quote types your Network Partners can autobook.

How to Add Autobook Partners
Adding New Network Partner
Click CREATE + and click Network Partner
Under 'Partner Settings', toggle ON the 'Autobook Partner Eligibility'
Exclusions rules: You can add exclusions for certain quote attributes by clicking Add Exclusions

Drop or Pick Zip Codes
Pick or Drop Location Cods
Assigned Users
Click Create to save
Edit Existing Network Partner
Go to 'Network Tab'
Next to the Network Partner you want to edit, click the three dots on the right of the screen
Under 'Partner Settings', toggle ON or OFF the 'Autobook Partner Eligibility'

Click Save
The Network Partner will now show Default or Limited under 'Autobook Status' to indicate they have autobook access
Default: Network Partner has Autobook capabilities on all quotes without any exclusions
Limited: Network Partner has Autobook capabilities, except for certain conditions listed in exclusions list.
